Spring Visual Journal Workshop

SPRING VISUAL JOURNAL WORKSHOP

Join REVA SOLOMON (writer, artist, Creative Life Coach) in creating a Visual Journal that focuses on a specific goal or project. Through discussion, coaching and a visual meditation exercise, each participant will identify a project, and then create a small journal with photos, pictures from magazines and other mementos to help motivate you to take steps to complete your project or selected goal.

No prior art or writing experience required. Please bring your own scissors (if you have them), pictures from magazines, photos (if you want to use them again make photocopies to use in your book), and any other personal items you might want to add to your book. All other materials provided. According to past workshop participants, this workshop is fun and enlightening. Come see for yourself… Give yourself a gift of creativity and play!
